Bio

Hi! I am Kelsey Keithler, a Detroit-based learning experience designer. As a lifelong learner myself, I seek to create engaging, fun, and meaningful learning experiences for all. As a teacher, I am adaptable, able to look at the learner as a whole, and problem solve better learning solutions.

I believe the key to learning both in the elementary classroom and in the boardroom is engagement. If your learners are involved in constructing the knowledge, then they will retain and use it. In the boardroom, this looks like participants sharing their knowledge, understanding, and next steps through writing, speaking, and, yes, sometimes drawing. On the computer, learning is easy to navigate, occurs in short bursts, and through multiple different modalities. My hope is to inspire even the most reluctant corporate learner.

My adventurous and risk-taking nature comes out in my training and learning philosophy. You should live each day learning from it and be excited for the next. I am excited to try new technologies and learn new ideas. I have traveled to and lived in 3 different continents. Learning transcends age, culture, and language!
